- Ship is well organised. Covid safety is well organised. Excursions well organised and good value. A wider range of drinks (alcohol) should be made available in the buffett. Guest relations staff need more training in recognising Passengers are their income and not an inconvenience when there is an issue to be resolved.

- The language difference German/English made some pre cruise issues difficult but all were resolved to my satisfaction. Responses to emails could have been quicker.
