  • I had higher expectation. The things that bothered me most was hygiene. The lack of it. Most items that people touched were not cleaned regularly. Example elevator buttons, food tongs, railings. People sneezing and coughing in public. The crew did not point to passengers that hygiene on a 5,000 plus passenger ship is of paramount importance. I ended up in the medical center to get medical attention and my holiday with my family that I get once a year was ruined. All because of lack of hygiene
