- The cabin was nice and spacious but the cabin attendant was not so good. We had to ask for fresh pool towels every time because they were not replaced.

- At our first table we had a rude waiter, after insisting another place in the restaurant 2 evenings in a row, we finally got another table with a friendly waiter.
  The entertainment was mainly in Italian and sometimes a bit to loud.

- Our other cruise was with Royal Caribbean and that was more to our liking than Costa. Costa might be to Italian to our liking.
