- We speak English and the German website made it more difficult. We were also disappointed that the drink package price was withdrawn. If it was on the website we should have been able to have that price.

- Music on the main pool was extremely loud, show were repetitive during the cruise which never happened before on my previous cruises with msc
- The ship did not have a public laundry which was very convenient on other cruise ships There was a constant ticking noise in the cabin furniture with the vibration which was very annoying at night.
- If the children are not in kids club a lot of the activities are adult only.
- Cabin Steward Mark was impeccable as well as iur waiter's in the MDR each evening on the ball with all our needs
