    Overall impression of your cruise

      • How would you describe your cruise with the ship MSC Magnifica in one sentence?
      • Not as good as previous cruises on other MSC ships.
        Especially disappointed with quality and choice of food which seems to have been trimmed down to a strict minimum and taste.
        Brazilian cabin attendant must have been new and cabin lacked proper servicing upon arrival.

      • As above cabin was not properly cleaned upon arrival. Safe was not working properly and water boiler was full of old coffee.

      • Shows have now been cut to 30 minutes. Many waitresses seem to have a problem with smiling.

      • We were informed that our boarding was from 16.50. When we arrived boarding had been open since noon.
        Tried many times on the morning to contact terminal and ship but no answers.

      • At times very difficult as sales agents seem to be confused as to rates and ships. This time necessitating to contact MSC’s main office in order to clarify bookings on Meriviglia in Yacht Club and Magnifica in Area Class.
