  • We had the aurea package. I feel it should have included the drinking water in your room. Also the private ‘top deck’ area didn’t really have any facilities. Very inadequate bar and no shade. On the public decks it should not be possible for towels to be left on sun beds for more than 1 hour unattended. They were being reserved before breakfast and then people were not using them till lunchtime! Thankfully we had the other deck but see comments above. Staff were amazing though.
