“Average overall, would not travel MSC again”

- Cabin staff was excellent but the majority of bar staff and buffet staff were terribly rude. Ignoring me when I asked a question, even though I asked politely. Got a blank stare back in most cases. There where a couple of nice waiting staff but only a couple. We had soft drinks vouchers which we used but were charged for drinks on the end bill. Did not have the time or energy to argue as we were leaving that morning

- We have travelled with Royal Caribbean and NCL before this cruise and found the customer services miles above MSC. Obviously the staff are being paid a lot less so therefore the cruise and prices are more affordable so I guess you get what you pay for.
