Returning to the ship

Singapore is considered one of the world's most modern and efficient cruise hubs, impressing visitors with its two terminals, the Marina Bay Cruise Centre (MBCCS) and the Singapore Cruise Centre (SCC). Thanks to the city-state's excellent infrastructure, travelers from the DACH region can enjoy a smooth transition from the airport directly to the water.

Airplane

The award-winning Changi Airport (SIN) is served by direct flights from Frankfurt, Munich, and Zurich several times daily, offering ideal connectivity for cruise guests. The travel time to the Marina Bay Cruise Centre via the East Coast Parkway (ECP) is only about 20 minutes, while the Singapore Cruise Centre can be reached in approximately 25 minutes.

Transfer & Public Transport

Taxis and ride-hailing services like Grab are available at the airport around the clock to take you comfortably to the terminals. Alternatively, you can use the highly efficient MRT rail network: the Marina South Pier station (North-South Line) is within walking distance of the MBCCS, while the SCC is directly connected to the HarbourFront interchange station.

Pre-Cruise Hotel

Due to the long flight duration of about 12 hours and the time difference, we recommend arriving at least one day before embarkation. A stay at a hotel near Marina Bay or on Orchard Road allows for a relaxed start to your vacation and provides the opportunity to explore the impressive Gardens by the Bay as well as the diverse architecture of the Lion City.

The futuristic Gardens by the Bay are located only about two kilometers from the Marina Bay Cruise Centre and are easily accessible in just a few minutes by taxi or bus. This award-winning park offers a globally unique experience amidst a modern garden landscape with its gigantic Supertrees and the spectacular conservatories "Cloud Forest" and "Flower Dome."
