Central taxi ranks are located at Höfchen as well as at Gutenbergplatz directly in the city center. Additionally, you can conveniently take a taxi at the large hotels along the water, such as the Hilton Mainz or the Hyatt Regency, and reach your pier within a few minutes in complete relaxation.

The Rathaus and Rheingoldhalle stops are served by numerous bus lines of Mainzer Mobilität and are located in the immediate vicinity of the ship moorings.
