Milas-Bodrum Airport (BJV) is the central point of arrival for travelers from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland and is located approximately 36 kilometers northeast of the cruise port. During the summer season, there are numerous direct connections from airports such as Frankfurt, Munich, or Zurich; additionally, Bodrum is accessible year-round via convenient connecting flights via Istanbul.

Transfer & Shuttle

From the airport, guests reach the terminal in about 40 to 50 minutes, with the well-developed D330 expressway providing a direct connection. In addition to the organized transfers provided by the cruise lines, licensed taxis as well as shuttle buses from providers HAVAŞ and MUTTAŞ are available on-site, reliably bringing travelers to the bus station in the center, from where the terminal is quickly reached.

Auto & Parking

For individual travelers or users of rental cars, the terminal is easily accessible via the D330 main road and the exit towards İskele Caddesi. The modern Bodrum Cruise Port is located at the eastern end of the bay and allows for a relaxed start to your stay. Thanks to its central location, you can reach the old town and the imposing Castle of St. Peter quickly and comfortably.

On Foot

A beautiful walk along the waterfront promenade leads you directly into the lively city center in about 15 to 20 minutes. The path also offers wonderful views of the marina and the glittering Aegean Sea.

Water Taxi

Small boats operate regularly between the port area and the city center on the opposite side of the bay. This short crossing offers a picturesque perspective of the castle and is simultaneously a particularly pleasant way to get around.

Taxi and Dolmuş

Official yellow taxis are available directly at the terminal and will take you to any desired destination in just a few minutes. Additionally, the typical Dolmuş shared buses operate at high frequency, reliably connecting the port and the center with the surrounding bays and sights.

Taxi

Yellow taxis can be found at fixed stands at the central bus station (Otogar), directly at the Castle of St. Peter, and in front of the major hotels. Thanks to the fixed stands and short distances, you can return safely to the ship within a few minutes.

Local Transport

Small shared buses (Dolmuş) run at high frequency between the surrounding bays, such as Gümbet, and the central bus station in the city center. From there, you can reach the port comfortably with a short taxi ride or take a leisurely stroll along the water directly back to the terminal.

On Foot

A level path leads from the bazaar district and the waterfront promenade along Paşatarlası Caddesi to the port. The walk also offers wonderful views of the castle and is easy to find thanks to good signage and busy shops.
