The Port of Málaga impresses with its excellent location directly at the historic city center and, thanks to its modern terminals at the Estación Marítima de Levante as well as the coastal Palmeral de las Sorpresas, is a first-class starting point for cruises. Travel from the DACH region is particularly convenient due to the close proximity to the international airport and the well-developed long-distance transport network.

Airplane

Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport (AGP) is located only around 10 kilometers from the port and is served by direct flights from numerous airports in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Thanks to the short distance, you can reach the cruise terminal comfortably in 15 to 20 minutes by taxi or use the C1 S-Bahn line, which takes you to the Centro Alameda station near the port in about 12 minutes.

Train

The Málaga María Zambrano main railway station is excellently connected to the Spanish AVE high-speed network and enables fast connections to Madrid or Barcelona. On Foot

From the city center, a beautiful walk via the Palmeral de las Sorpresas and the Muelle Uno promenade leads back toward the ship. The path is level throughout and easy to find thanks to many signs and the lively atmosphere of the harbor promenade.

Taxi

Taxis are available at any time at central points such as Plaza de la Marina or in front of the AC Hotel Malaga Palacio. A ride to the pier takes only a few minutes and, thanks to the short distances, is a reliable option for a punctual return.
