Seascanner Rail&Fly ticket

The Seascanner Rail&Fly ticket can only be used in conjunction with an international flight to/from a German airport or to/from Salzburg and Basel (for flights to/from Amsterdam, Zurich, Brussels and Vienna, this service is available on request for an additional charge). It applies to DB (Deutsche Bahn) routes from all German stations on all scheduled regular trains (including ICE, IC and EC). Unfortunately, a BahnCard discount cannot be granted. Children (up to and including 14 years of age) travel free of charge when accompanied by their parents/grandparents. The Rail&Fly can be used on the day before the outbound flight and on the day after the return flight.

You will receive a voucher code per person and route after the booking of the Seascanner Rail&Fly ticket. The voucher codes can be reedemed on kreuzfahrtberater.bahnanreise.de by selecting the desired connection from those displayed. You will then receive the digital ticket as a PDF download and/or by e-mail. Nevertheless, you are flexible in your use of the trains (provided you keep the selected route and travel day). About Celebrity Silhouette

The Celebrity Silhouette was built at the Meyer Werft shipyard, entered service with Celebrity Cruises in July 2011 and was fully refurbished in 2019. The Celebrity Silhouette was the only ship in the fleet to be christened in Hamburg. It offers 315 metres of space for 2,850 passengers. Here you can expect 5-star comfort, excellent service and outstanding cuisine at attractive prices. The ship belongs to the luxurious Solstice class and almost 90% of all staterooms are balcony staterooms.

Celebrity Silhouette staterooms

All staterooms are spacious and very comfortably furnished. The staterooms are approx. 16-18 sqm in size, depending on the category, the suites impress with approx. 28-120 sqm of living space. Balcony staterooms of the upscale concierge class and the suites enjoy the outstanding butler service. However, the service in the other staterooms also corresponds to a 5-star standard. For example, you can order food and drinks in the stateroom 24/7 at no extra charge.

Atmosphere on board of Celebrity Silhouette

Guests of every age group feel comfortable on this elegant ship. However, the highest percentage of guests are middle-aged or older. The Celebrity Silhouette is an international ship with predominantly American, English and French passengers. Elegant furnishings, large space, first-class comfort and excellent cuisine ensure well-being on board. Despite the elegant atmosphere, life on board is relaxed and varied. Formal attire is expected in some evenings.

The excellent cuisine is one of the shipping company's quality features. The luxurious main restaurant offers multi-course menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But you can also enjoy a special culinary experience in the specialty restaurants. Do you like to keep things casual? No problem - some cafés and bistros also have a great selection for you to choose from.

The Craft Social Bar is very popular, as are the Café al Bacio & Gelateria, the Ensemble Lounge, the World Class Bar, the Martini Bar & Crush, the Sky Observation Lounge, the Passport Bar, the Sunset Bar and the Pool & Must Bar. Retreat guests also have the special Retreat Lounge at their disposal.

Entertainment, sports & relaxation

Regardless of whether you prefer it to be quiet or loud, the on-board offer ranges from piano music at the stylish Michael's Club, to Broadway-style shows, to the disco where guests can dance the night away. There are regular art auctions on board, while obligatory bingo games are also on board. A special feature are the many interesting lectures on the various ports, which are called during the cruise. The spa area offers numerous pampering and beauty treatments for a fee. Two pools and some whirlpools on deck invite you to swim and bath. For the more active, the Aqua Spa offers a large fitness area with stunning sea views, a pool with relaxation area, numerous courses such as aerobics or Pilates and a thalasso pool filled with seawater enriched with mineral extracts (for a fee). The jogging track with a unique view over the sea invites you to exercise in the fresh air.
