THE MAJORITY OF THE RECEPTION STAFF WAS SO UNPROFESIONAL GIVEN ME WRONG INFORMATION AND CAUSE OF 1 PARTICULAR WRONG INFORMATION I HAVE LOST THE LAST DAY FROM TOURING ROME CITY CENTER.
