Boat Shuttles and Water Taxis
Regular shuttle boats such as the Popeye or boats from the providers U Saleccia operate from the port, comfortably taking guests to the famous beaches of the Agriates Desert. This connection allows for a direct and relaxed journey to the paradisiacal coastal sections of Lotu and Saleccia.
Taxi
Official taxis are available at the harbor basin and near the tourist office. They offer a convenient way for individual excursions to the nearby vineyards of Patrimonio or for exploring the scenic Nebbio region.

It is best to take one of the first boat connections in the morning to enjoy the peace before other visitors arrive, and plan your return trip by boat at least two hours before your ship departs to allow time to relax and admire the picturesque old town of Saint-Florent at the harbor.
Returning to the port of Saint-Florent is very relaxed and easy to plan thanks to the compact structure of the town and the well-organized boat transfers. Since cruise ships here are usually at anchor, the marina is the central meeting point for tender boats back to the ship.
Boat shuttles from the beaches
If you have spent the day at the famous Saleccia or Loto beaches, local taxi boats such as Le Popeye or the speedboats from Taxi Plage Saint-Florent will take you directly back to the harbor basin. The boats dock at the main pier in the center, from where you can easily reach your ship's tender boats. Plan for some buffer time for the return journey from the beaches, as the boats operate according to fixed schedules and the crossing takes between 20 and 30 minutes depending on the provider.
On foot through the town
The charming old town and the Citadelle are located directly above the harbor, so you can easily walk back at any time. Follow the lively waterfront promenade along the Quai d Honneur, which leads you directly to the docking points in the harbor. Thanks to the manageable size of Saint-Florent, orientation is easy at all times and distances remain pleasantly short.
Taxi and local transport
The central hub for taxis is the main square, Place des Portes, which is just a few minutes' walk from the harbor. In addition, local hotels in the area offer support in organizing return transport if you have taken excursions to the Patrimonio wine region or the hinterland. The drivers will bring you to the meeting point at the marina on time, so that you can reach your tender boat without haste.
