Airplane
Your arrival is via Fua'amotu International Airport (TBU), Tonga's main airport on the island of Tongatapu. This is located about 35 kilometers southeast of Nuku'alofa. From the DACH region, you can reach TBU with long-haul flights, typically with stopovers in major hubs such as Sydney, Auckland, or Fiji. The airport has an international and a domestic terminal, which are located close to each other.
Transfer & Shuttle
The best way to get from Fua'amotu International Airport (TBU) to the cruise terminal or your hotel in Nuku'alofa is by pre-booked private transfer or taxi. A trip takes about 30 to 45 minutes.
