The nearest train station is Formia-Gaeta (Stazione di Formia-Gaeta), about 8 kilometers from the port. This station is well-connected to the national rail network thanks to the Rome-Naples railway line and also offers Intercity connections. On Foot

If your ship is docked at the slightly more distant commercial port, simply use the shuttle bus provided by the cruise line, which will take you directly from the city center back to the terminal.
