Arriving by car is convenient thanks to good transport links. Coming from the north, for example from Naples or Salerno, follow the A3 motorway (Salerno-Reggio Calabria) to the Battipaglia exit. From there, the well-developed SS18 expressway leads directly towards Agropoli. After the "Agropoli Nord" exit, the port and the city center are well signposted. Public parking is available directly at the port and in the city center, including both free and paid short-term and long-term parking spaces. There are direct and frequent connections to Naples Central Station (Napoli Centrale), which take approximately 1 hour and 21 minutes to 1.5 hours. From Salerno, you can reach Agropoli-Castellabate in just 23 to 45 minutes. The station is located about 2 kilometers from the port; from there you can easily reach the terminal by taxi or an approximately eleven-minute walk.

Airplane

The nearest international airport for travelers from the DACH region is Naples Airport (NAP). This is located about 111 to 112 kilometers north of Agropoli. The journey time from Naples Airport to the port of Agropoli is a pleasant 1 hour and 30 minutes to 1 hour and 36 minutes by car or private transfer. Various taxi and private transfer services are available at the airport to ensure a smooth onward journey. Arriving the day before is always recommended for international flights to start your cruise experience in a relaxed manner.

Check-in & Embarkation

Please note that you will usually receive a fixed time slot for check-in with your travel documents, which is binding for your embarkation. Plan sufficient time for the journey to the port accordingly and take into account that the latest embarkation time - depending on the cruise line and destination - is usually about one hour before the planned departure.

The same applies during the trip: for shore excursions, you should be back on board at least one hour before departure. Always pay attention to the current announcements and the notices on board, as mooring and departure times can change at short notice.
