For travelers from Berlin, the route via the A11 and A20 to the Anklam/Insel Usedom exit (28) and further on the B110 over the Zecheriner Brücke is recommended. Since June 2023, the Swinetunnel in Swinemünde has also offered a ferry-free alternative to the island. Please note the seasonal opening times of the bascule bridges at Wolgast and Zecherin, as short waiting times can occur here. Public parking spaces are available directly at the port of Peenemünde; these are subject to a fee and offer both short-term and long-term parking options.
