Airplane
For arrival from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, Punta Cana (PUJ) and Santo Domingo (SDQ) airports are the primary options, as these are regularly served by direct flights from Frankfurt, Munich, or Zurich. Punta Cana airport is about 75 kilometers away and can be reached via the highway in around 50 to 60 minutes. La Romana airport (LRM) is even located in the immediate vicinity and allows for an extremely short transfer time of only about 10 to 15 minutes to the port.
