Arriving by rental car is convenient via Highway 105 (Trans-Canada Highway) and Highway 125, which lead directly into the Sydney city area. Ample parking for short-term and long-term parkers is available in the immediate vicinity of the Joan Harriss Cruise Pavilion; additionally, local service providers offer convenient shuttle options from nearby rental car stations directly to the ship.

Due to the long journey from Europe and the time difference, an overnight stay before the cruise in a hotel in Sydney city center is highly recommended.
