Airplane
Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB) near Colombo is the main arrival point for travelers from the DACH region and is located approximately 130 to 155 kilometers from Galle. Direct flight connections are available from Frankfurt, Munich, and Zurich to Colombo, among others. Given the long travel times from Europe, it is advisable to arrive in Sri Lanka at least one day before embarkation to start your cruise relaxed.

From Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB), you can reach Galle comfortably and quickly thanks to the Southern Expressway (E01). The journey time by taxi or a pre-booked transfer is approximately 1 hour 52 minutes to 2 hours 15 minutes.
