The nearest airport for your journey to Pulau Misool is Domine Eduard Osok Airport (SOQ) in Sorong, West Papua. There are no direct international flights from the DACH region, so travel is via major Indonesian hubs such as Jakarta (CGK) or Bali (DPS), from where national airlines such as Garuda Indonesia or Batik Air offer onward flights to Sorong. The flight time from Jakarta to Sorong is approximately three to four hours. Given the long international flight times, it is recommended to arrive in Sorong at least one day before the scheduled embarkation to cushion any delays and start your trip relaxed.
Transfer & Shuttle
From Sorong Airport (SOQ), you can reach the port comfortably by taxi in about 10 to 20 minutes; the costs are around 100,000 IDR.
