Airplane
Cape Town International Airport (CPT) is approximately 20 kilometers from the cruise terminal and is regularly served by direct flights from Frankfurt, Munich, and Zurich. Via the N2 highway, you can reach the port comfortably in about 20 to 30 minutes, enjoying views of Table Mountain along the way.
Transfer & Uber
For a smooth journey to the ship, numerous licensed taxi companies and private shuttle services are available at the airport. Additionally, the use of Uber is widespread in Cape Town and offers a safe and transparent way to get directly to the terminal, as drivers have exclusive access areas and billing is straightforward.
Pre-Cruise Hotel
Due to the long flight time from Europe and the minimal time difference, arriving one to two days before embarkation is recommended. Accommodations directly at the V&A Waterfront are ideal, as you can explore many sights on foot from there and reach the cruise terminal within a few minutes via a short transfer.
