TC Sapphire

Founded in Germany in 1985 the fleet of DCS Touristik now consists of eight river cruise ships. The tour operator specializes in high-quality bus-ship combinations. The program includes group tours, river cruises, event tours, city trips, wellness trips and musical travels.The ships operate mainly on the rivers Main, Rhine and Danube and with some exceptions also Volga and Nile.

Explore the Twincruiser TC Sapphire on a wonderful river cruise! The open stairs house between the upper and middle deck with a glass dome provides more daylight and underlines the bright, friendly atmosphere of the TC Sapphire. Built in 2006 the ship can accommodate up to 164 passengers.

The atmosphere on board the TC Sapphire is cozy, welcoming and informal. Whether you want to enjoy a quiet moment in the library or attend a social event, this ship will take care of everything. Various theme evenings and music programs offer plenty of variety. Normally the atmosphere is sporty-elegant, but at the gala dinner it may also be a bit more festive. During the shore excursions, German-speaking tour guides convey exciting knowledge about regional culture and nature.

The ship has 82 passenger cabins, which consist of outside cabins and suites. The cabins are characterized by their modernity and also by their comfortable furnishings. The cabins (14 m²) and suites (21 m²) on the upper and middle decks have wide panoramic windows that open onto a French balcony. All cabins are equipped with double beds, shower and toilet, TV, radio, air conditioning (individually adjustable), telephone, safe and hairdryer.

Regional specialties with several courses and a rich breakfast buffet offers the cuisine of the TC Sapphire. A special feature of the restaurant is the buffet area with a live cooking possibility. There is a direct access to the bar / lounge from the board restaurant.

There will be no boredom at TC Sapphire. A variety of entertainment and activities are offered. In the lounge / bar, you will not only have the opportunity to enjoy a drink, but also listen the music visit the dance floor. Furthermore, a screen with a projector is available. On the upper deck there is a library where you can retire for a quiet moment. There is pure relaxation on the sun terrace with a variety of seating.

The cruise line offers optional bookable shore excursions, which are adapted to the respective length of stay in the port. City walks or scenic drives invite you to discover all the beautiful places along the river course.
