    • We had what we needed. The water ought to be included in the prize, now they sold it very expensive.

    • The entertainment program was not at all our style.
      We lacked more "quiet" places to sit down and relax. There was music everywhere, live or in the loudspeakers.
      The PA-system was not good enough. Not possible to hear the information, especially in the cabins and outdoors!
      We would like to better know what was included in the prize and what was not included. The information about this was not sufficient.

    • It was so obvious that he had sold himself to the promoted shops onshore, hysterically promoting them. It was not professional at all.
      The staff made a great job! We hope they also have descent salaries and not only the tips the passengers give them.
      The "Gala nights" were not at all what they were presented to be! The clothing of the passengers were in many cases VERY casual.

    • I had a better prize of that cruise from another online booking site but then they refused to book - "for that tour operator we are only allowed to handle passengers from the US".
      I´m very satisfied with your job.
