  • Beautiful ship but the interior is extremely cold because of strong airconditionning.

  • i didnt take any excursion from the ship because they were a bit overpriced (specially since we were 4 passengers). We managed to do more than what they offered in less money and at our own pace.
    the boat could get boring around the end.
    the photos they take of you are sold at expensive prices
    you are directly approached for drink packages as soon as you embark which feels a bit agressive + pricey. they add service charges - 15% - on the price you see, so you dont realize the end price directly.
    Shuttle buses needed from port to city center (& sold by the cruise) seem quite expensive 12euros per person. i believe MSC(even if they are not the end supplier) should work on better deals for their passengers.

  • Initially i booked a triple room then changed it for 2 passengers only (with cancellation fees). The team cooperated with me to arrange it but there was a minimun 24 hour wait between each correspondence, one of which had exceeded the time of full payment. So i was charged in full for the triple room, & then later the team was able to refund me. but meanwhile i thought it wasnt possible anymore. so it was a bit stressful.
    I wasnt able to book 2 cabins together, i had to do each cabin reservation on its own which was time consuming.
    I tried to book the second cabin by email but the support team gave me a price higher than the one shown on the website that day. so i prefered to redo it on my own via the website. unfortunately ended up with 2 cabins on 2 different decks 7 locations, so it was always a hassle to meet the rest of the group for any activity.
