      • COMPARED TO OTHER CRUISES THE ENTERTAINMENT IS POOR BOTH FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN.EVERY EVENING THEY LEFT THE SCEDULE FOR THE NEXT DAY PROGRAM BUT IT WAS IN GERMAN ONLY AND WE DON'T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING.WE HAD TO ASK AT THE RECEPTION.I SUGGEST THAT THEY ALSO THINK OF FOREIGN CUSTOMERS AND ALSO DO SOME MENUS IN ENGLISH EVERYWHERE BECAUSE EVEN AT THE BARS THEY LEAVE ONLY GERMAN MENU ON THE TABLES.

      • They were very helpful and speak good english.I know because I phoned 4 times about my credit card to do the transaction and the last one told me to wait so she could phone the bank and do the transaction manually.Very Helpful.

      • Good service.I had some problem with my visa limit credit card.I sent an email to seascanner because the bank gave me a few hours to do the transaction and I recieved a reply about 5 hours later.I suggest that they check more frequently the emails especially those who are to pay the balance of the cruise since our bank system work different here.
