- Food in the cafeteria is not as high quality as Royal Caribbian.
They have an impressive theatre, but do not use it to show movies ?! Why ? Our son had really looked forward to this.
They use ship space on restaurants where you have to pay extra to eat.
There is no lounge in the front or aft where you can enjoy a panoramic view inside.
No inside pool in case weather is bad.

- We have tried a cuise with Royal Caribbean on the Vision of the Seas, so I am comparing this to the Poesia because prices are the same.
Very poor information about the cruise before boarding, and only in German language.
F.ex. there were two nights where we should be wearing specific-coloured clothes. Had we known this we would have packed for it.
All this information was given to us in detail when travelling with Royal Caribbean.
And please get with the times and supply free or at least affordable wifi on the ship. The prices for using it were astronomical, so we didn´t even consider it.

Ship overall:
- Yes, most bars did not provide a receipt when ordering drinks so we were over charged on several occasions and had to continually go to guest services which interrupted our enjoyment of our cruise. Also guest services were contradicting what the bar menu states, a lack of communication between them
- Even though I was with my husband and had €100 credit, they charged my husband €67 as they told me that the credit was on my account and not on cabin
- Maintained pretty good for its age
- Many of the glasses and tableware were dirty or stained.
- Big drop in service after 10 days, when the ship came to Genoa
- Food not great at times but that was personal to me as I cannot eat meat with any sign of red on it
- Only slight downside, we paid for a meal in their special restaurant but did not discover until onboard that the only speciality was Sushi, not to our liking, but that's a personal choice
