- How would you describe your cruise with the ship MSC Preziosa in one sentence?
- In general, all liked the friendly staff, the level of service at 5 balls! good food, everything is clean neat and beautiful!
  There are but a system to work with clients does not work well because one of our guest could not find in the database, and have not given him the promised amount (discount when you buy a cruise), although it was a proof of payment and the person.
