Comments about Royal CaribbeanI played Texas Holdem Poker on A computerized machine I found this experience very disappointing as all personnel information was uploaded and I feel the majority of wins favoured nationality's that would use the cruise more often. This was also experienced by other passengers from UK and Ireland.
This needs to be looked into. I would suggest this is taken out and replaced with A casino dealer. Also rake was very high at 10%. The only other area We would have issue with is the massage staff. I took up A special offer for body massage for €109 and was talked into spending over €500.I found the massage experience very good, but was not prepared for the after sales service and felt I was over charged for a course of health supplements. I understand staff have to upsell but the extra's just make the holiday far too expensive. I was A bit disorientated after massage and was unaware of the full price of the extras, to which I would like to obtain A refund and send the product back. (Please Advise)
