      • The emigration procedures for India, on board the Cruise ship, were unnessarily inconvenient,uncomfortable and unacceptable for persons who had already procured a visa from their Indian Embassy and who were forced to present themselves in front of two Indian Officials before entry to Mumbai and repeated for entry to Cochin. Passengers were very angry with having to que on two occassions. If India does not accept the Visa from the Indian Embassy for entry to their country, then Royal Caribbean should not use their ports at all. Other countries welcome Cruise Ships and facilitate passengers by requiring only the Royal Caribbean Pass Card.

      • This was our seventh cruise on Brillance. The variety and choice of food in the Windjammer has been severly restricted, the staff are much more self confident but less willing to do the work. The price of wine is exhorbitant and needs to be addressed by RC before passengers start to complain,loudly. The TV in our Grand Suite never functioned properly. It either had no sound,very poor picture quality or required the assistance of the attendant on a daily basis. The Sports Bar was a total failure. The TV programme it showed was completely unsuitable with constant repeats of fringe sports. An example of the the weakness of the Sports Bar programme was that that it was empty of people by day and by night. RC needs to get a proper SKY Sports Programme, for the Sports Bar and also for the Cabins. What they have now is unacceptable.
