    • 1. Lack of baby sitting is a gross hanicap especially when compared to other cruises

      2. Tea time fro 4.oopm to 4.45 is very unappropriate, especially when tours finish at 5

      3 Last day. arrival in port was at 10.00 am but we were asked to vacate the room at 7.00am. This was absolutely a very bad timing especially on the very last day and the very last impression of the cruise. It was absolutely uncalled for to have all passengers roaming aroung at 7.00 am three whole hours before ship entered harbour.

    • very efficient however the MSC customer care was very lacking. We received no response at all to our queries before we left and if it were not for Seascanner we would have remained without answer. Furthermore and this I thought was serious I enquired with Sea scanner whether the ship provided lactose free milk and seascanner confirmed after they received from MSC that this was availabe. Unfortunately it was NOT.
