- The food on board, specially diner was really terrible.Quality zero, and very bad presented on the plate. NO LOVE IN COOKING A NICE MEAL.Also the Italian staff was really arrogant even inpolite
What a waste of such a nice boat.Diner on a cruise should be one of the highlites of the voyage they say themselfs in their prospect, but sadly it was the the disapointment of the journy.

- Every thing allright,but one thing went very wrong.We ask for second seating and a dinertable for two,but that was not available on this boat, so we had very many problems to get a good table in the second seating and even then it was a table for 8 persons.We had to see the hotelmanager of the boat to settle it.

Ship overall:
- Poorly prepared crew to help passengers. Unfriendly staff at the reception. Not fulfilling the benefits of the Blue Diamond card
- Excellent cruise, but the swimming pool is a little bit small.
- There was not any draft english beer in the british pub White Lion, only Heineken. The last evening there was not even draft Heineken. At day time only the bars on top deck were open. It was extremely hot to sit there.The ship needs refurbishment,looks quite worn out.
- It’s really the oldest ship in MSC fleet.
- The food was terrible. 5 years ago we were on MSC Preciosa - the food there was delicious. They very significantly worsten their service.
- From start to finish I was so disappointed with this cruise, the food was dreadful and tiny portions, had to wait in long queues for each sitting, and then more waiting on someone to severe you. No one seemed to know what they were doing....
- Food was either cold or tepid, shortage of food if you weren't first in line. Entertainment was below average. The service at the bar was very slow - up to 45 minutes waiting on an order.

- Music entertainment doesn't seem to start until after 6.45 inside ship even on sea days which seems a bit late to me.Problems with public and cabin toilets not working right.out of order.Staff fantastic,really really great.

- It wasn't as good as the previous ones.
- Excellent. It is the best journal I have ever had until now.
- First time, meets expectations.
- It was a nice experience overall except changing the last port from Venice to Trieste at the last moment due to some bad weather forecast
- An experience to remember.
- It really is the oldest ship in MSC Cruises fleet

- Too long to travel for a mini cruise, poor embarkation and long delays disembarking, poor bar service, will not book this ship again.
