“The worst and shittiest cruise ever from a total of 6.”

- The room is not what I bought. It is FULLY obstructed because of a life boat. The worst part is that there are employees that are going into the life boat and manipulates barrels and canisters by pouring from one to another (I have pictures and videos of them). There are days that are doing that for 5-6 hours. They are making a lot of noise with the barrels and you need to stay with the windows blinds. Also in the right and left side there is the HR Locker and the carts of the room cleaning people and they are making a lot of noise also every day in the morning. Also the elevator from the staff is heard very often because this one is in front of the room.

- I liked that we had water and lemonade everywhere.

- Don't sell this cruise to people that are travelling with children that are using diaper. We weren't able to let our kid in the pool or jacuzzi because he was wearing diaper. I said to them that he is using special water diaper and that it never failed, but they didn't care as they had a rule like "no kids with diapers that are not potty trained". If I would have known this rule I wouldn't have booked this cruise at all as they had only one room for kids under 3 years old that was 3X3.

- I booked the cruise with an inside cabin and after that the outside got a very good price and I upgraded it to Outside partially obstructed. After a few weeks the Outside Panoramic was cheaper than the price that I payed for my Outside partially obstructed room. I asked to upgrade it to the panoramic as I already payed more than it costs at that moment. Seascanner staff didn't care about me at all. Send them email, picture, but they didn't upgraded my room as anyway I payed more that what it was at that time. This can be checked via emails and also called them.
Because they didn't helped me I had a failed holidays as room 8582 is the worst room possible on the ship. Also I don't understand how are you selling partially obstructed when is fully obstructed.
From now on I will not book any NCL cruise through you, because the employees choose to not help me.
