“Nice experience for a family holiday”

- Good space for an inside cabin. Bathroom is a bit small but still ok. Very good upkeep of room by steward.

- Overall positive experience. Very noisy and hectic during buffets however very good quality food and good variety. Service during this hectic time is a bit slow. Dinners at the Esagono much more calm and pleasurable. Specialty restaurants and spa on the expensive side. Good mix of shows but overall quality could be better.

- Overall good experience but concluded that cruises are not my type of holiday. It was too noisy and hectic on the ship at the times. I prefer something calmer.

- very quick responses to queries. Only comment is not about seascnaner but MSC - its a pity that the language communicated is German not English.
