- Poor basic balcony cabin for Aurea package. No amenities given (hair conditioner, hand soap, etc). Poorly cleaned daily. No space even to put the suitcases away!

- After doing many cruises pre-Covid, we are wondering if this low quality cruise is MSC downgrading. Don’t think I will do another cruise with MSC again. Cheap low quality food with poor prep (used to be Michelin chef menu - not any more). Very basic entertainment program with a clearly exhausted crew who constantly complain to guests how tired they are! Drinks Plus package also does not cover Any mid-range brands - it’s all cheap stuff. Overall not a value for money cruise because I felt cheated for both the upgrade I paid for Aurea and for Drinks Plus package. I don’t recommend MSC any more!
