- The cabin was very small. Noise level at night was higher than expected. Cleaning service was perfect.

- Ship is new and comfortable. Pianist was awesome. Pinnacle Grill restaurant is great (steaks!). Coffee in MDR/buffet is bad. Limited happy hour offer (Ocean/Casino bars only). Should be more significant compensation for missed port of call(we got 8€pp).

- Quality is good, service is beyond expectations. But we feel like the company is somewhat greedy (they tried to sell us an upgrade twice), no welcome drink on the embarkation party, some foods are not in the menu and available by request only (like fresh berries) and other little details that make a whole picture.

- If price is good. Booking via agency should have more benefits than booking directly. It seems the agency was not interested in helping us to get a cabin upgrade when price dropped significantly (ship wasn't sold out, there were some oceanview cabins available). Independent agents we worked with before are more responsive, customer-oriented and helpful in the situations like that.

Ship overall:
- Inexperienced personnel who were trying their best. Practically same food every day in buffet, couldn't choose your self the food, served only with assistance giving you minimal quantities. Despite hygiene measures dinning tables not properly cleaned....
- Would definitely cruise with Holland America again. Food 10/10. Cleanliness and service 10/10. Photos and drink packages are a bit pricey.
- More shows with professional performance could be arranged. Many itinerary items were more of sales promotions Eg fitness and wellness programs . Good food options and deserts. More seafood / Asian food options could be arranged.
- The entertainment program is significantly inferior to other lines we know. There was only one evening with quality performances, including dancing.
