  • Overall, my family had an enjoyable experience. Things to point out was that my husband was served raw chicken on the buffet. There was a lot of unnecessary waiting to embark on the ship when we were asked to check in at 9 and only got on the ship at 12:30 and was only given juice. The coffee and drinks on the buffets are all watered down and very slow to arrive. Good thing that the crew are very helpful and friendly. Disembarkation is alsona struggle for us as we need to vacate the room at 8 but our check out time is only at 11 am. The firedrill was helpful but it took so long to be done and have wasted our time waiting. Not enough directions and comms provided.
