  • - Terrible bar supplies, everyday something was missing, bananas, sweet sparkling wine, rum.
    - Cocktails are watery and terrible, lots of sugar to cover absence of taste.
    - Terrible New Year’s celebration, you have 3 huge lounges, but you put all on deck 18 by pool, making people fight for place and sparkling wine and drinks, music selection is terrible, it’s new year, not narcotics party in Goa . You could have organized parties in every bar and lounge with count down monitor with easy access to all services. Even better a late sitting in restaurants, people in civilized manner sitting and making toasts, not fighting for places on decks and drinks.
    - Captain cocktail party is a Total failure, learn from carnival cruise, same expenses but far more effective, you have theater, right? Organize some live music band, cocktails, talk from stage, not from upper deck like you are some kind a special elite in front of overcrowded monkeys. Don’t serve juice made from cheap powder and say how much you value your clients. Lol
    - The Restaurants are fine; however, the buffet selection and quality of food is weaker that 3 stars hotels in DubaI, Previous year was much better.
    - Removing tissue boxes from cabins is a terrible practice for a fantastic ship, even the cheapest hotels in the world are still providing tissues.
