- How would you describe your cruise with the ship Costa Smeralda in one sentence?
- This was the worst dining room food that I’ve ever eaten on a cruise. The Internet was a joke.. we paid for two full internet devices, and there was never a proper connection. We complain to the front desk and met with the Internet rep but subsequently we still continue to have Internet problems and I am not wasting my time to fix a ships problem when I’m on vacation. I expect a refund for shoddy internet service. Customer Service was useless.

- When I told the front desk about my displeasure with the dining room food and the Internet service, they did not seem to care. They want me to follow up with their staff instead of them following up? We walked out of the dining room twice because the food was so disgusting. Fake chicken dish. Instead of fresh squeezed orange juice like advertised I was given fake orange juice

- In terms of dining room quality, this was the worst food I’ve ever eaten on a cruise ship, and I’ve done multiple cruises with various lines. I was shocked at the European quality was so low. The cost and the surcharges added on for individual items were ridiculous and of course the Internet service was below quality
