Comments about MSC CruisesI suppose in comercial terms this cruise was a loss leader the cost of every thing on board was extorsionate and innappropriate Information on tours to ports visited was held onto till the last minute to try and garner bookings for tours from the ship,
The original ship was changed thus our booked cabin became a stateroom astern quite big as it was for a family but our original booking was for a suite not some randomely chosen thinly veiled insult.Customer service aboard ship was desultory and quite unwilling to honor our original booking.
Why would anyone be willing to book with MSC again Was there a tour operator on board I never saw one

Comments about the service of seascanner.comThe reason I would not book with Seascanner again is all about communication poor emails no telephone no customer service.It mirrored MSC itself which was in German no one would answer a phone only deluge its passengers with upgrade requests
