- I suppose in comercial terms this cruise was a loss leader the cost of every thing on board was extorsionate and innappropriate Information on tours to ports visited was held onto till the last minute to try and garner bookings for tours from the ship,
The original ship was changed thus our booked cabin became a stateroom astern quite big as it was for a family but our original booking was for a suite not some randomely chosen thinly veiled insult.Customer service aboard ship was desultory and quite unwilling to honor our original booking.
Why would anyone be willing to book with MSC again Was there a tour operator on board I never saw one

- The reason I would not book with Seascanner again is all about communication poor emails no telephone no customer service.It mirrored MSC itself which was in German no one would answer a phone only deluge its passengers with upgrade requests

- There were members of staff that went above and beyond, and made our first cruise experience all the more special and enjoyable. I would like an email directly from MSC so I can give this feedback regarding specific members of staff to show our appreciation of them
- GOOD SERVICE NICE FOOD
- Many thanks to our waiters Sudanta Ketut (Indonesia) and ass.waiter Riky Gede (Indonesia). They were fantastic!bravo!
- Dinner serving was very slow compared to other tables. In buffet seems there was not enough staff as tables stayed uncle and for long time.
- Service in the restaurant and bars were slow.
- Very nice ship, staff excellent. Food in main dining could be a lot better. Entertainment good but repetitive.
- Not equipped to handle the amount of people on board. Waiting times long, very hard or even impossible to find a seat, pool lounger, place at a bar.
- Restuarant service very good as was cabin, but waiting more than 30 minutes to get a drink was poor compared to previous cruise on same ship....
- Bar service was terrible, waited over an hour some times for drinks. Had to prove we had drinks package and couldn’t order for others in our party - one card should be enough when ordering for our party, not 4 or 6 cards needed each time....
- The bar waiters always serving with a smile.big shout out to Maruti and his team in the Blue Danube restaurant for serving us the best they could .
