- My husband and I were cruising before, and we were so unsatiated this time with MSC. However, the service was deplorable and slow; we waited hours to disembark, and when I asked about priority because I was with a toddler, the receptionist said no.
I was on another cruise ship, and the service is entirely high standard compared to the MSC.
Our ship had to stop in another city due to the lousy weather in Venice, was the disembarkations were a complete mess. We got to know that someone who had a flight at 5 pm on that day got out of the cruise before us and had a flight at 2 pm. There was no question about guests' flights and times, we had booked the transfer from the port to the airport with MSC for our way out of the cruise in Venice, so in a certain way, MSc had the time of our flight.
There was no variety at all on the buffet, and to order a coffee or an orange juice would take at least 20 mins plus the time for the drink to arrive, so we were waiting almost 40 minutes to get our drinks.
We want to express our dissatisfaction with the MSC Armonia, as we felt most of the time stressful, especially traveling with two year old, and where you expect that you will have some priority on the service as its hard to keep a child sit down for so long. Still, there was no priority in anything, and the staff emphasized that.
