    • The cruise was as expected from Royal Caribbean, good service, food and entertainment for the price paid. The design of the ship with its three tier dining room and theatre, ice rink and royal promenade is fantastic.

    • The stateroom was a corner aft, with a large balcony (two chairs and two sun loungers) but a single door instead of the usual double doors, but we knew about this and it was therefore not an issue.

    • Generally excellent service, but varies cruise to cruise, this time a problem in the dining room was quickly resolved, but information from the future sales assistant was not very helpful

      The addition of a third person to the booking two weeks before sailing was dealt with quickly without any problem.
