- Overall I could rate the MSC service & facilities to 4,food is great but less choices although service is excellent be it in the bar,cabin restaurant.As to whether its child friendly, can't say it coz I've no children w/ us to base our comment

- I got problem with the communication although they tried their best to guide me in the procedures of the booking.Also when I ask them to help me in the refund of my TRAVEL INSURANCE because due to language barrier I accidentally bought an insurance from MSC that's only applicable to German residents that's why on the last minute I have to buy another one that fully covers my trip.Its a 50euro ( 25 each for my husband & me).
I will definitely travel again w/ MSC & actually I've already booked for April next year.

Cruise in one sentence:
- I expected much more
- Very good ship and cruise. Swimming pools are very small for so much people and not good for childrens. Only on adventure park there is a small for childrens

- This wasn't my first cruise, it's still a fantastic experience, but it gets weaker each time.

- Enjoyable cruise with great entertainment and good food.
- Not great apart from shows on board the food was not great the bar service was a disgrace you could not get served and this obviously is a game where you don't get to much value for your drinks package
Ship overall:
- small pools, in theatre if you have children with trolley is not suitable to have them with you
- More friendly to celiac add a celiac corner on buffet restaurants in order to be treated the same way like other passengers.

- A beautiful ship, but problematic in communication. To get to the food outlets you had to use only the rear elevators, which were much busier as a result.
- Would never travel with MSC again
- Have been on seaview before and felt this time not as good , never got my bottle of bubbly and strawberry even though I asked but was on cruise in may and didn't receive them either
- Very slow service in all areas
- Looks nice but poorly managed.
- Food barley warm in restaurants Service in bars very slow
- Great ship, entertainment fantastic and for us the buffet was better than the restaurant with tastier food.
