      • Great space in the stateroom, excellent bed quality. Did order double bed config but this was not passed on to the ship crew, but was fixed in a blink.

      • Yes, the ship is a bit older, the decor is a bit tired but happy with the stateroom. Bit weird to see the Dutch guests reserving sun loungers. My guess is that 80% of guests were Spanish speakers and the rest made up of some US, many Dutch, some German cruisers. The crew may not be experienced by this "me me me" mentality, could be a good thing to pass on to Pullman Cruise management they should address this and remove towels from "empty" sun loungers.

      • There was a quite long queue to drop baggage, but went quite quickly. We had prepared an on line check in but were asked to join the On line check in behind a big group of Japanese travellers with a tour conductor who had not organised on line check in. This was tedious and very time consuming.
        We tried to book a shore excursion on board, but the one we wanted was sold out.

      • The English pre-cruise programme was full of spelling mistakes, this would send alarm bells to US/GB cruise guests. I understand the Pullmantur cruises are targeting the Spanish speaking market, but this should be fixed. Have worked myself in travel trade and linguistics...
        ...so, take it from me: needs addressing! Can help :)
