- How would you describe your cruise with the ship Mein Schiff 6 in one sentence?
- I wonder how is it possible that on booking my trip and once on board all documents and information was sent to me in German and now you send the questioner in English . WHY ? Even TV stations all in German except 1 BBC ,is it so costly to put 3 other good station or a film station ?
  Rating the Mein Schiff 6 in one sentence good but if you treat the importance of English on board you will surely get a very good from all .

- One of your reception female personnel when we asked for English information she just replied ,on board only German while other receptionists and staff on board tried there very best to help us.

- it all depends if we would travel again with TUI Cruises .
  Imagine being on board and you know nothing what the ship has to offer or when , where and time of the shows , asking the room service personnel for English translation they said they will check but it never happened. So we were totally lost and again once we found the show ,some songs were in English but Jokes or other related talks were in German having most of the people laughing at what they were saying and us looking at each other as we understood nothing . Please try to do something about it .
