- the cabin was fantastic, close to everything, quite soundproof, spacious with two windows, and a very spacious shower room, unfortunately, the shower room was unbearably smelly.

- I think that the bar staff were unhappy and it came across in their lack of enthusiasm.

- wonderful ship with incredible amenities, unfortunately, there are unexpected extra charges for almost everything. and you are led to believe that you have bought a package that includes everything, but they then tell you that it only includes certain restaurants, or certain drinks etc. I would prefer a much more open system so as not to feel cheated.

- The handling of the booking is perfect, And I love the ease of the search engine, but I ususally find that the booking price is 20% to 50% more than the price that is shown when searching for a cruise, which makes it very time consuming. It would be handy if things like inside room/outside/balcony etc. or food and beverages packages were included in the search filters so that I could compare like with like.
