- Great facilities, and presentation of cabins and entertainment areas, but the food at breakfast restaurant was cold, the lido food was totally un organised and chaotic. Also the waste was disgraceful. As a cruise specialist in my travel agency days and numerous cruises 30+ I felt very disappointed. Particularly the entertainment. You would expect west end standard shows on a ship of this size. Also the music in the atrium was repetative. The same songs every night which was repeated by the alternative entertainment. The Dress Code was some what a miss too. Whilst promoting several theme nights these should have been thought out better and formal night should have been on a different night to masquerade which was a total washout. The white night however was the best if all. The cruise on the whole was value for money. Most of the staff on observation lacked training in the finesse that you would expect. General showed lack of interest in their roles and customer service skills were a lot to be desired. We did have a good table waiter, cabin steward John and found Gladly a waitress of drinks helpful, polite and a passion for their jobs.
