Comments about MSC CruisesHouse Keeping & Etertainment prog were really good.
Food quality is deteriorated from earlier for eg the Tea Bags brands were downgraded from the top brands used earlier.
Photoshop has become more costlier.

Comments about the service of seascanner.comThis is my 3rd Cruise thru Seascanner and very happy with the responses. Except for one disappointment that my discount voucher of 10 euro was not adjusted in the price and nor given the options to credit that amount to
- global credit card or
- Indian Bank account or
- give shipcredit for onboard expenses
Also the point was not well understood initially and the responses were only to keep sending to repeatedly provide german bank account details. It took lots of email exchanges so please look into this to improve in future.
I first use Seascanner in 2015 and booked 3 cruises so far and happy with the overall service. And recommending Seascanner to Indian tourists, the world's largest growing tourism market.
