- it is a fantastic crossing, I thoughtonce in a life time, but am actually sure to be back.

- overall satisfied, but some lack of communication around for instance insurance questions. I would advice you to re-ask the client if they did not book an insurance.
And as the bookings are often made well in advance, a recap midway from your part with a timeline about last payments, tickets aso would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, you announced the interest of insurance too late. An insurance can not be booked 19 days before departure. Before we charge a payment from the credit card, we send an email a few days before to our customers and inform them that the payment will be charged soon. We receive travel documents from the cruise line about three weeks before departure. Our customer always receive an information about travel documents with the first booking confirmation.

Ship overall:
- Great ship slightly dated and worn
- We thoroughly enjoyed our dining at the Britannia every night. We tried the buffet at King's Court one night but we didn't really like what was on offer. Perhaps it's a hit and miss with the buffet, but the Britannia definitely never disappoints....
- Having travelled on the Queen Elizabeth, and taking into account that the Queen Mary 2 is a liner and not a cruise ship, I found the ship more difficult to navigate through.
- Would have liked more variety of entertainment in bars.
- This ship is suitable for a short cruise like we did but I would not do a 7+ night cruise on it.
- Like a 5 Star Hotel at sea.
- It's like an excellent hotel at sea.
Remarks Cabin:
- Cabin was lovely, bed was very comfortable bathroom was looking a little worn
- We loved our balcony room. It's sheltered but we had a perfect view of the ocean and it's very spacious too. We also had no noise disturbance from anywhere.
- No comfortable seating for passage, except one armchair and the bed. I feel a sofa could have been accommodated into the cabin.
- Nice cabin but the balcony was very rusty.

- Perfect location near stairs and elevator was a little small but wasn't noisey and for amount of time we spent in it was perfect

- Amazing experience from start to end.
- Relaxing and enjoyable,on outward trip to New York.
- Food surprisingly bland, Service excellent.
- Perfect!
- Excellent looking forward to my next Cunard Cruise perhaps on a different Cunard ship.
- It was worth the experience of a short trip but I wouldn't like to have done a longer cruise. Ship is old and outdated.
